2. Eligibility

To use NEIRO, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Location Verification & Check-In

NEIRO uses location verification through QR code scanning at partner venues. By using this feature, you consent to share your real-time location for the purpose of matching with other users at the same venue. You may only check in when you are physically present at a partner venue. Falsifying your location or attempting to circumvent our verification system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Collect information about other users without consent

6. Content Guidelines

All content you post on NEIRO must:

• Be respectful and appropriate for all audiences
• Not contain nudity, violence, or graphic content
• Not promote illegal activities or substances
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Be your own content or content you have permission to use

7. Safety & Meetings

NEIRO facilitates connections in public spaces. Always meet in public partner venues. We are not responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution and use good judgment when meeting people. Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

NEIRO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NEIRO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEIRO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NEIRO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
